マイクロソフトのビジネスアプリケーションのソリューションスペシャリストとして、公共・ヘルスケアのお客様の業務のデジタル変革を推進する戦略的な営業活動をリードしていただきます。顧客のCレベルの役員、ITリーダー、ビジネス意思決定者と強力な関係を築き、ビジネス価値のインサイトを提供し、イノベーションを加速させるソリューションを提案することで、顧客のビジネスの目標達成をサポートします。対象となるソリューションには、CRMの営業およびサービス、基幹業務システム(Finance & Operations)、ローコード/ノーコード開発のためのPower Apps、そしてAIエージェントシナリオを構築・実装するためのCopilot Studioが含まれます。 また、ビジネスプランニングの推進、Rhythm of Business(ROB)レビューの主導、社内チームおよびパートナーエコシステムとの連携を通じて、イノベーションの創出とビジネス価値の提供を担っていただきます。
業務内容:
Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio
Identify whitespace opportunities and industry trends to develop and execute territory plans
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value of CRM, ERP, and AI-powered solutions
Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft’s Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities
Collaborate with HQ engineering to address competitive blockers and shape future product direction
Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy
Lead execution of complex deals with close plans and customer success post-sale as one Microsoft
Validate and integrate partner solutions into customer engagements
Collaborate with ISVs and SIs to scale offerings and accelerate time-to-value
Provide feedback to partner team in Microsoft to refine go-to-market strategies
応募資格:
Aptitude for vigorous sales activities with high quality and quantity from a customer obsession mindset
Understanding and business experience with low-code platforms and business applications
A mindset that embraces challenges and enjoys exploring new opportunities, such as discovering AI Agent use cases, with a pioneering spirit
Fluent Japanese plus business level English for dealing with global deals
7+ years of solution sales or account management experience
Experience with selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions to large enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets
Ability to sell solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within enterprise accounts
Leading/orchestrating sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging in sophisticated business case discussions
Disciplined operator with demonstrated accuracy in forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene
Deep Understanding of: Low Code development, workflow, and robotic process automation technologies
Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsoft’s cloud platform, including competitors and related ecosystems
The security, regulatory and compliance needs of global customers
