本ポジションは Industrial & Manufacturing（製造）事業本部に所属し、大手製造業のお客様を担当します。大手エンタープライズのお客様と中長期にわたってパートナーシップを築き、ビジネスの成長と変革をリードします。CEO / CIO / CTO / BDM といった経営層と直接向き合い、グローバルかつ全社規模の経営・ビジネス課題に対して、Microsoftテクノロジーを活用した変革ロードマップの構想から、提案・実行までを一気通貫でリードします。社内の専門チームやパートナーと協働し、大規模アカウントの意思決定に影響を与え、産業と社会に有意義なインパクトをもたらすDXやAXを牽引する——それが本ロールの大きな魅力の一つです。

業務内容

End-to-end account leadership including account planning and execution, executive relationship development, demand generation, and closing
Develop and execute account plans for assigned accounts, driving revenue and consumption targets and customer business outcomes
Prioritize across multiple accounts based on needs, revenue impact, growth opportunities, and risks
Create mid- to long-term business plans based on industry and business scenarios
Expand networks with key partners and accelerate demand generation and deal closing
Build trusted relationships with executives and business/IT decision-makers
Deeply understand customer's business strategy, technology challenges, and priorities
Lead virtual teams and establish proposal and execution governance
Visualize progress against KPIs and Success Measures and manage through issue identification and action execution
Continuously review pipeline, set priorities, improve forecast accuracy, and drive execution through closing
Continuously update knowledge of Microsoft technology
Understand the manufacturing industry structure, value chains, key trends, and lead definition, proposal, and execution of transformation themes

応募資格

Relevant professional experience (5+ years) in account management, cloud services sales, technology sales or IT consulting
Ability to accurately identify enterprise customer challenges and consistently build an end-to-end storyline from issue structuring through proposal
Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment with CxO-level stakeholders
Leadership to engage and orchestrate multiple stakeholders across internal and external organizations
Languages: Japanese (advanced business level: reading/writing and speaking) and English (reading/writing)
English speaking ability (preferred)
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and ability to drive proposals based on industry-specific challenges (preferred)
Knowledge of market trends in the cloud domain and hands-on experience delivering cloud-related projects (preferred)
