Almeno 12 anni nel settore ICT, con un focus su progettazione software, sviluppo e gestione di progetti IT
Esperienza diretta nello sviluppo software e conoscenza approfondita di linguaggi di programmazione (es. Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js), architetture cloud, microservizi e DevOps
Capacità di problem-solving: Attitudine a individuare soluzioni efficaci per problemi complessi e a ottimizzare le performance dei sistemi
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per interfacciarsi con clienti e partner internazionali
Esperienza con AI e tecnologie emergenti: Familiarità con modelli di linguaggio di grandi dimensioni (LLM), intelligenza artificiale e strumenti AI-driven per il supporto allo sviluppo software

Responsabilità

Progettazione e sviluppo software: Definire architetture di sistema scalabili, performanti e sicure, intervenendo direttamente nella scrittura del codice quando necessario
Gestione del ciclo di vita del software: Monitorare e coordinare le fasi di sviluppo, testing e deployment, garantendo la qualità e l’efficacia delle soluzioni implementate
Raccolta dei requisiti e progettazione di alto livello: Collaborare con i clienti per tradurre le loro esigenze in soluzioni software concrete, supervisionando il design tecnico e le scelte architetturali
Monitoraggio e gestione del progetto: Assicurare il rispetto di tempi e budget, coordinando il team di sviluppo e gestendo eventuali criticità tecniche
Leadership tecnica: Supportare e formare il team di sviluppo, promuovendo best practices, standard di qualità e innovazione tecnologica
Innovazione e miglioramento continuo: Esplorare e integrare nuove tecnologie come AI, LLM e Co-Pilot AI per migliorare le soluzioni offerte

Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to support qualified opportunities
Act as the technical voice of credibility in customer meetings, workshops, and executive briefings
Assist in value articulation, use-case mapping, and ROI storytelling (performance, cost, reliability, risk reduction)
Collaborate with Dynatrace field teams and partners as needed
Align Dynatrace solutions with ServiceNow (ITOM, ITSM, AIOps), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DXC Managed Services
