Team Leader Logistica

• Have a central and operational role within the IKEA Distribution Center, leading activities and transforming shared goals with the Warehouse Manager into concrete results
• Accompany your team in the field, scheduling shifts, planning warehouse resources, and monitoring daily activities
• Shape efficiency: analyze logistics flows, optimize warehouse processes, and find solutions to best handle daily volumes and seasonal peaks
• Be a point of reference for your team, inspiring, motivating, and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Work side by side with other departments, contributing to strategic decisions that shape the company's future
• Ensure a safe work environment in line with regulations, where every person can give their best

• Have logistics in your heart: you like coordinating activities, finding practical solutions, and making every process more efficient every day
• Know how to coordinate a team with empathy and concreteness, creating an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and part of something bigger
• Have at least 3 years of experience coordinating warehouse teams
• Experience in modern or automated warehouses, industrial logistics, integrated logistics
• Speak fluent Italian and English (Spanish, French and/or Arabic are considered a plus)
