Internship opportunity in IKEA's People&Culture (HR) department focusing on staff planning, scheduling, and human resources management. The role involves developing staff plans, creating employee schedules, monitoring KPIs, and supporting the onboarding process for new employees.

Responsabilità:

Develop Staff Plan ensuring correct hourly requirements for each department and coverage
Handle employee scheduling to guarantee business objectives and optimal customer experience
Collaborate in creating files and reports to monitor staff plan KPIs
Support managers in monitoring proper use of holidays and permits across different teams
Collaborate with selection and administration teams for proper management of hiring resources and extensions
Provide support to People&Culture Manager, function managers and co-workers to achieve established results
Ensure implementation of effective onboarding process for new co-workers

Requisiti:

Degree in economics, management, analytical or statistical fields
Analytical mindset and good logical-mathematical skills
Proficiency with Excel
Good communication and relational skills
Precise, structured, autonomous and proactive personality
Ability to manage large amounts of information while maintaining focus on final goals and overall plan
Good knowledge of English language
