A 6-month internship in the Customer Relations area in one of our IKEA stores. Opportunity to join IKEA Academy, a talent incubator that supports the growth of our future leaders. Chance to grow, learn from our managers and gain concrete experience in our stores.

Responsabilità:

Contribute to customer feedback analysis and support loyalty activities
Provide new ideas and solutions based on data analysis, KPIs and performance
Welcome and support customers during the shopping experience, listening to their needs and offering simple and clear solutions
Contribute to ensuring an excellent customer experience

Requisiti:

Possess a degree/master's or are concluding studies
Share our values: simplicity, inclusion, sustainability
Have ambition and desire to take on new responsibilities in the future
Identify with our vision 'Create a better everyday life for the many people'
Open to experiences in other cities or abroad
Have a good level of English language
