Stage Back Office Commerciale

The resource will be inserted into the Commercial Administration Office and will be supported and trained by the tutor and more experienced colleagues regarding all main activities. The structure is responsible for the administrative and documentary management of relationships between the Bank and commercial partners of the Agency Networks and Third Networks. It monitors the affiliated party for compliance with regulations and company procedures, in collaboration with other involved offices. It oversees registration, census, updating and cancellation activities of Commercial Partners of the Agency Networks and Third Networks under its responsibility and their collaborators in various Registers/Rolls. It manages communications towards commercial partners of the Agency Networks and Third Networks and updates documentation in dedicated areas. It manages Partner access to the reserved area of the website, taking care to modify authorizations based on existing commercial agreements. A 6-month paid training internship is planned.
