Requisiti

Sound knowledge of agricultural mechanics and hydraulics
Must live in the Prairie Provinces (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba)
Must provide some personal tools to help in the field if necessary
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service in the Ag Equipment industry
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe and/or in the United States/Canada for training and/or meetings
Valid Driver’s license
Microsoft Office experience
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information to a variety of audiences
Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours

Responsabilità

Respond to dealer inquiries regarding after sales service issues (via telephone or personally)
Visit dealers to provide training and instructions on service, maintenance and machine assembly issues
Set up and participate in exhibitions and shows
Provide support in resolving warranty issues
Report product quality issues to headquarters
Submit reports as needed for customer visits, trade shows and product issues
Train dealerships personnel on the POETTINGER product line
Help dealership personnel with on-line ordering of machines, parts etc. and warranty claim submittal
Assist dealerships in machine set-up and start up at the customer when appropriate
Assist dealerships regarding after sales service issues, performing diagnostics and repairs

Diploma or degree or ITS diploma
At least 3 years of prior experience in logistics warehouses, logistics providers and/or companies belonging to large-scale retail trade (GDO), large-scale distribution (GDS) or the Retail world
Excellent knowledge of main IT applications, especially Excel, SAP and Gsuite (Google)
Good level of English language
Knowledge of Safety topics for people and handling equipment
Availability for business trips to the headquarters in the province of Milan, to the Stores and other platforms located throughout Italy
Strong orientation towards service to the internal customer/store
Relational skills and flexibility
Good planning, mediation and proactivity skills

Responsabilità

Plan in-bound and out-bound flows, calculating merchandise volumes and sharing needs and operational programs with the transport office and the logistics provider
Verify the operations of the logistics provider, ensuring the safeguarding of company assets, optimal space saturation and correct storage of goods in the warehouse
Control stock fulfillment: monitor fulfillment times, manage unfulfilled and rejected orders and resolve related problems
Manage requests and priorities from stores and headquarters (including the Purchasing Center), also dealing with the control of IT anomalies related to the Warehouse
In coordination with the Quality office, carry out control activities on the quality of logistics supports and on the performance of the logistics provider
Regularly participate in meetings with the logistics provider and the transport office to monitor activities
Manage disputes and the returns procedure
Monitor inventory activities through the use of the warehouse radio frequency system
Develop and use control reports on operational, administrative and store supply activities
