Randstad Talent Selection ricerca per azienda leader nel suo settore un/una Senior Buyer / Category Lead specializzato in ambito Beauty e Cura della Persona. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità strategica e l'autonomia decisionale per fondare, strutturare e implementare un intero nuovo settore merceologico per l'insegna, definendo le linee guida del ciclo di acquisto, della distribuzione e del posizionamento di mercato.

Responsabilità

Direction and Development of the Sector: Design and implement from scratch the purchasing and distribution process for the Cosmetics category
define supplier portfolio expansion strategies, targeted product selection, pricing policies and strategic purchasing volumes
Strategic Negotiation: Manage commercial negotiations and contracts with main partners and Key Accounts independently, defining framework agreements and ensuring the best economic conditions and margins for the company
Assortment Planning and Control: Supervise stock flows centrally, optimizing the supply chain and planning orders to ensure perfect replenishment and maximum efficiency of merchandise in stores
Business Intelligence and Trend Scouting: Anticipate global trends in the beauty sector
predictively analyze sales KPIs (sell-through, sell-out, sell-in, stock rotation) to maximize department profitability
Commercial Strategy & Visual: Guide synergies with the marketing office for product launches and define display and visual merchandising guidelines for the entire store network.

Requisiti

Consolidated experience (at least 6-8 years) in roles as Senior Buyer, Category Manager or Product Manager, with deep and proven knowledge of the Beauty/Cosmetics market dynamics and GDO/Retail
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Economics, Management or Marketing)
Excellent knowledge of English, essential for negotiations with international partners
Excellent financial/commercial analysis skills, strategic business vision and high-level negotiation skills
Leadership, strong results orientation, ability to lead change and interface directly with the General Management.
