Client Management
Negotiation and Commercial Offers: manage the entire sales cycle from collecting the technical brief to formulating the economic quotation, negotiating contractual conditions and closing the deal
Cross-functional Coordination: collaborate with internal laboratories and production to verify the technical feasibility of customized projects requested by clients, ensuring compliance with time-to-market
Market Analysis and Reporting
Participation in Trade Fairs
Requisiti
Experience: 3 to 5 years in commercial roles (Sales Specialist, Account Manager, Business Developer) preferably in the B2B or third-party (CDMO) sector within the Cosmetic, Chemical-Pharmaceutical, Food Supplement, or Medical Devices markets
Language Skills: excellent and fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of a second foreign language (e.g., French or German) is a strong plus
Technical/IT Skills: proficiency in main computer systems, particularly CRM software and Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Education: Diploma or University Degree (preferential degrees in Economics, Chemistry, Biology, CTF or Pharmaceutical disciplines)
Soft Skills: results-oriented, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactivity, problem-solving attitude, accustomed to working for objectives, natural propensity for teamwork in dynamic and structured contexts.
