Project Profitability Management & Analysis: Monitoraggio della redditività delle commesse (MOL)
Allocazione delle risorse e controllo continuativo delle lavorazioni rendicontate
Analisi periodica di scostamenti, rischi e azioni correttive condivise e valutazione del lavorato degli impatti in termini di saving, tempi e qualità della delivery
Customer portfolio development: Supporto al reparto commerciale tramite partecipazione ai momenti di confronto con il cliente a supporto di rinnovi, opportunità di up- e cross-sell

Requisiti

5–7 years of professional experience in HRIS, HR Transformation or HR Technology roles, ideally combining both corporate and consulting environments
Proven experience working with Workday as a core HR system (e.g. HCM, Talent, Absence, Compensation, or other modules), either in-house or as an advisor in consulting firms
