You will be an active part of the growth of our Financial Services practice. We are able to anticipate the continuous evolution of the Fintech world, making our skills available to the main banks, insurance companies and Payment Service Providers on the market. We support financial services in technological renewal and development, in the areas of Open Innovation, Data Economy and Omnichannel, acting on the levers of P&L value initiatives and Enterprise Value/Share Value.

Responsabilità

Coordinate and manage IT suppliers, from the requirements definition phase (particularly during the creation of functional and technical analyses), through development and the certification phase
Be involved in projects for the evolution of processes and tools supporting company business

Requisiti

Experience of 2 to 6 years in primary consulting firms
Good knowledge of the banking and insurance world
Significant experience as a Project Manager in strongly IT-oriented contexts
Ability to coordinate daily monitoring of critical activities, such as the execution of processing chains and IT communication processes
Ability to monitor incidents and support requests, coordinating external suppliers involved in application maintenance activities
Ability to organize periodic monitoring committees for Application Maintenance processes
Ability to manage communication with stakeholders on service performance, preparing necessary documentation
Good knowledge of the English language
Ability to retain customers by offering the best solutions
Strong synthesis, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills (planning and time management)
Flexible person able to manage stress and emergencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be registered in the Protected Categories lists (L. 68/99)
