If placed in a Fresh Department - learning and using techniques for processing and transforming raw materials specific to the assigned department
Subsequently, with the transition to the Assistant role, involvement in sales data analysis and supervision of specific department purchase orders and merchandise flows
Assisting Managers in planning department activities and organizing staff (tasks, schedules, and holidays)
