Laboratory Technician Cell Biology

The research group of Precision Medicine led by Prof. Salvatore Piscuoglio will be based at the Humanitas University, Milan, Italy, from July 2024 is seeking one highly motivated Laboratory Technicians in Cell Biology (100%) to join our team of bioinformaticians, molecular biologists, pathologists, and clinical fellows. The candidates will develop, optimize and apply cutting-edge cellular/ molecular methods to generate 3D in vitro and ex vivo tumor models that adequately recapitulate the tumor architecture and mimic the cell-to-cell interactions within the tissue microenvironment. The specific tasks will include the generation and maintenance of patient-derived tumor organoids, patient-derived tumor fragments, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs), and Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs).
