The company operates in the chemical/pharmaceutical sector and seeks an experienced candidate for a temporary, full-time position in San Felice del Benaco. Responsibilities include various administrative tasks related to inventory, sales, and order management.

Responsabilità:

Order fulfillment
controlling availability of items in stock for received orders on websites
issuing delivery notes
verifying delivery notes issued by the Depositary with the provided PDF and data transferred to the management system
preparing and printing weekly inventory at the Depositary warehouse
verifying inventory matches the data received
weekly verification of product availability in stock in case of requests to block items to the graphic office
modifying and entering customer, supplier, and item information
checking correspondence of ready pick-up lists against received orders before issuing shipping documents
inserting and modifying orders on the agent site
sending commission and settlement calculations to agents
checking invoices for couriers TNT and CST
issuing immediate invoices and credit notes
handling returns and complaints
managing samples requested directly by ITS for events and/or congresses

Requisiti:

experience minimum of 2 years
basic knowledge of English
good communication skills
