Responsabilità

Management of health surveillance: organization of medical visits for Sales personnel
Management of the training process: organization of training courses required by Legislative Decree 81/08 provided by supplier and theoretical-practical company safe driving courses
verification of course completion and archiving of certificates
Support to the RSPP in managing Contractors operating in the 3 Depots (offices and warehouses) in Rome, Bari and Cagliari, including document management and site inspections
Support to the RSPP in verifying Sales Sites (coworking spaces) used for administrative activities and company meetings, through document management and site inspections
Support to the RSPP in managing company events (workshops, area meetings, sales conventions, participation in fairs, etc.), through document management and site inspections
One-off accompaniment of Sales personnel during activities on national territory
Operation of the company management system for H&S process management (monitoring and management of reports, performance indicators, provision of PPE, etc.)
Support to the RSPP for the operation of the management system that processes H&S documents required by major clients (supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.) to authorize Sales personnel entry
Coordination with RSPP for the fulfillment of legal obligations under Legislative Decree 81/08 and for the proposal and definition of H&S improvement strategies and related budgets
Management of H&S improvement projects

Requisiti

Academic background in H&S: technical degree preferably master's
Training as ASPP (Modules A&B)
Good knowledge of the English language
Availability for travel and transfers on national territory
Initiative skills: ability to work closely with the sales function, adapt to changing situations, propose and manage processes and innovations in H&S
Strong aptitude for teamwork
Excellent relational skills
