Field engineer

• Software installation, integration modules with external systems and hardware components
• Configuration and customization of systems based on user needs and production specifications
• Training of healthcare operators and technicians
• System start-up and follow-up
• Remote and on-site technical and application support
• Level I and II Help Desk activities
• Remote monitoring of the correct functioning of systems
• Analysis of needs and preparation of functional specifications related to customizations and SW modules to be developed following user requests
• Documentation of activities performed.

• Technical-scientific background (university education and/or significant field experience)
• Strong interest in the sector
• Not suited for a desk job
• Dynamic
• Strong relational skills
• Must have a valid driving license
• Knowledge of DBMS at application level (SQL-Server, Oracle)
• Knowledge of SQL language
• Excellent knowledge of the most up-to-date client and server operating systems in a Windows environment.

Knowledge of the English language.
