Join the founding phase of our Canadian office (current offices in Toronto and Montreal): lead civil or hydraulic design for large infrastructure projects, work within a dynamic local team, and rely on the technical strength of a world-leading engineering group.

Responsabilità

Lead and coordinate all stages of infrastructure and hydraulic works for Canadian projects, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule and budget
Supervise, assign and review project teamwork
enforce QA/QC, compliance with standards/regulations and high-quality engineering outputs
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as primary technical contact with clients, partners, contractors and public authorities (permitting/stakeholder meetings)
Support business build-out and business development of the local office: mentor staff, contribute to proposals and represent Lombardi’s design office in Canada

Requisiti

At least 15 years of proven experience in civil or geotechnical engineering, with significant exposure to large infrastructure projects (ideally hydropower/pumped storage and/or major transportation)
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent)
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Canada is strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, client/stakeholder management and communication skills
English required, French an asset
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments
