Responsabilità

Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace solutions to ensure optimal performance and visibility into applications and infrastructure
Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure Teams
Design Scalable and Resilient Monitoring Solutions
Deploy and Configure Dynatrace Across Diverse Environments
Integrate Dynatrace with Existing Systems and Applications
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Performance Optimization
Document Architecture, Configurations, and Troubleshooting Procedures
Deliver Training and Enablement Sessions
Ensure Compliance with Security and Governance Standards
Support Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Participate in Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
Identify infra, apps, and business requirements for monitoring and design Dynatrace monitoring solution
Work with different technical teams across the organization in order to determine scope for different monitoring solution designs
Work with stakeholder leadership and teams to partner on rollout of solutions
Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various environments (development, testing, production)
Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and applications
Customize Dynatrace settings to meet the specific needs of different applications and infrastructure components
Set up monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure using Dynatrace
Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide visibility into system performance
Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and potential issues
Provide technical support for Dynatrace-related issues
Research and troubleshoot with support from SMEs as needed
Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to resolve performance issues
Conduct root cause analysis for performance problems and recommend solutions
Develop and implement best practices for effective use of Dynatrace
Optimize monitoring configurations and settings for improved performance and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynatrace and incorporate them into the monitoring strategy
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps related to Dynatrace
Conduct training sessions for team members on the use and capabilities of Dynatrace
Create user guides and manuals for internal stakeholders
Conduct training sessions with a demo for the customer

Requisiti

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional setting
Strong background in application performance monitoring and management
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Extensive background and experience in deploying and managing across complex global environments
Proficiency in Dynatrace configuration and administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development processes
Experience working with remote technical teams/resources
Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Certifications: Dynatrace Certified Associate
Dynatrace Certified Professional
