Public notice for the fixed-term hiring at the Edmund Mach Foundation of a manager to be assigned the role of Manager of the Organization and Human Resources Division (RORU). The manager is responsible for the overall functioning of the Division and reports to the General Director. The employment relationship is regulated by the 'CCNL Dirigenti aziende produttrici di beni e servizi'.

Responsabilità

Management of human and financial resources
Procedures for human resources selection, hiring plans, drafting and stipulation of employment contracts, preparation of collaboration contracts
Management of legal, economic, and social security aspects of personnel
Management and organization of working hours, their articulation, and performance recording systems
Internal remuneration system, incentive and progression system, salaries, and relations with welfare and social security institutions
Staff training and career development
Organization and supervision of structures
Disciplinary sanctions
Litigation related to human resources with the assistance of the General Directorate's Legal Support Office
Trade union relations
Collective bargaining
Relations with the competent structures of the Autonomous Province of Trento regarding organization and personnel.

Requisiti

Italian citizenship or citizenship of another State (EU or non-EU)
Enjoyment of civil and political rights
Adequate knowledge of the Italian language
Physical fitness for employment
Immunity from convictions involving disqualification from public office
For Italian citizens: not excluded from active political electorate, not dismissed or declared lapsed from employment for false documentation
Not subject to causes of incompatibility or ineligibility per Legislative Decree 39/2013
Regular position regarding military service obligations (if applicable)
Personnel with at least a managerial qualification per the CCPL Research Foundations (L.p. 14/2005), or Director of the Autonomous Province of Trento or equivalent/higher qualifications in public/private sector
Laurea Vecchio ordinamento or Specialistica or Magistrale in economics or law (or equivalent)
Performance of managerial functions for at least two consecutive years
At least 10 years of experience in personnel coordination and human resources organization.

Preferibile

Experience in directing structures in entities/companies with more than 200 employees and achieving positive performance evaluation results
Experience in managing multiple collective labor agreements of both private and public nature
Experience in participating in collective bargaining tables at various levels
Experience in salary and contribution management of public and private employment relationships
Experience in managing subordinate employment relationships (e.g., selections, hiring, progressions, disciplinary matters, management institutes, litigation)
Multi-year experience in drafting organizational and regulatory acts.
