AVVISO PUBBLICO PER L’ASSUNZIONE A TEMPO DETERMINATO PRESSO LA FONDAZIONE EDMUND MACH DI UN DIRIGENTE CUI CONFERIRE L’INCARICO DI DIRIGENTE DELLA RIPARTIZIONE CONTABILITÀ, FINANZA E CONTROLLO (RCFC) - scadenza per le candidature il 30 aprile 2026

Responsabilità

Providing direction, support and advice to the Foundation's structures regarding financial and administrative aspects
Ensuring correct administrative-accounting management
Coordinating the processes for preparing planning documents, the financial statements, the annual activity report and intra-annual periodic closures
Guaranteeing economic and asset evaluations in coherence with accounting principles and the Accounting and Asset Regulations
Ensuring a budget and management control system coherent with the guidelines in the Accounting and Asset Regulations
Coordinating the economic-financial reporting processes of research projects
Managing relations with the Autonomous Province of Trento regarding administrative and accounting relations.

Requisiti

Italian citizenship or citizenship of another State (belonging or not to the European Union)
Enjoyment of civil and political rights
Adequate knowledge of the Italian language
Physical fitness for employment
Immunity from convictions involving disqualification from public office
For Italian citizens, not have been excluded from active political electorate, nor have been dismissed, fired or declared lapsed from employment for having obtained employment by producing false documents
Not incur any of the causes of ineligibility and incompatibility
For citizens subject to military service obligations: be in a regular position
Personnel with at least a managerial qualification according to the CCPL Research Foundations
Laurea Vecchio ordinamento or Specialistica or Magistrale in economics or law and equivalents
Performance of managerial functions for at least two continuous years
Experience of at least 10 years in roles of personnel coordination and human resources organization.

Preferibile

Experience in directing structures in entities/companies with more than 200 employees
Experience in managing accounting in the private and public sectors
Experience in managing processes for preparing financial statements, budget forecasts and other planning documents in research and/or education and/or business services and/or production companies
Experience in management control activities in research and/or education and/or business services and/or production activities
Experience in reporting on externally funded projects, with particular reference to research projects.
