Customer Services Team Assistant

• Optimize relationship with customers at various contact points in store to improve shopping experience and customer satisfaction
• Support Customer Relations coworkers to help customers with necessary skills and confidence
• Support coworkers when they cannot handle customer needs alone
• Ensure customers leave the store with a positive impression of IKEA and desire to return
• Ensure compliance with various company policies and guidelines
• Actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration and common orientation toward positive customer experience
• Support Frontliners in checkout activities and resolution of IT system issues

• At least 1 year of experience in IKEA
• Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
• Ability to interface with various departmental stakeholders and involve other functions to create action plans to improve customer experience
• Ability to work at high pace
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage processes according to priorities
• Digital approach and data analysis skills
• Ability to identify and implement improvements by listening to customer voice
• Good knowledge of English language (B2 level)
• Experience in customer services or payment is considered a plus
