We are looking for a Cost Controller for Qatar. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for: Preparing management control reports; Monitoring project costs; Reviewing the budget and analyzing variances related to the FALCON 5 RFP 0038 project; Reporting to the Area Management Control Coordinator, ensuring accurate information flow and consistency of data with budget objectives; Being available to travel, as there may be a need to follow projects not only in the Middle East but also in Central Africa, including Kenya and Cameroon.

Responsabilità:

Preparing management control reports
Monitoring project costs
Reviewing the budget and analyzing variances related to the FALCON 5 RFP 0038 project
Reporting to the Area Management Control Coordinator, ensuring accurate information flow and consistency of data with budget objectives
Being available to travel, as there may be a need to follow projects not only in the Middle East but also in Central Africa, including Kenya and Cameroon

Requisiti:

Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
5-10 years of experience in the role, preferably gained in Middle Eastern countries within construction companies
Excellent English language skills (B2 level)
Good IT skills

Preferibile:

Accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and establish good interpersonal relationships
