ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS Le risorse selezionate saranno inserite all'interno di un punto vendita di nuova apertura sito nel centro di Venezia, appartenente a una delle realtà italiane più affermate nel settore della ristorazione, oggi protagonista di un importante percorso di espansione anche a livello internazionale. Cosa offriamo Offriamo un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi direttamente con l'azienda Cliente, con concrete prospettive di continuità e stabilizzazione. La ricerca è finalizzata alla costituzione del team del nuovo punto vendita: l'obiettivo dell'azienda è investire su risorse da inserire stabilmente e far crescere nel lungo periodo. L'orario di lavoro è full time (40 ore settimanali), articolato su 6 giorni su 7, dal lunedì alla domenica, con turni unici di 6 ore e 40 minuti (non spezzati), distribuiti nella fascia oraria 08.00 - 23.00. L'inquadramento previsto è al 3° livello del CCNL Pubblici Esercizi, il quale prevede sia tredicesima che quattordicesima mensilità (Retribuzione Annua Lorda €25.200).

Responsabilità

  • supportare lo Store Manager nella gestione operativa quotidiana del punto vendita e nell'organizzazione dei turni di lavoro
  • coordinare il personale di sala, banco e cucina durante il turno, partecipando attivamente anche a livello operativo
  • supervisionare le attività di apertura e chiusura del punto vendita, garantendo il rispetto degli standard aziendali
  • gestire cassa, inventari, ordini e approvvigionamenti, assicurando la corretta disponibilità dei prodotti, in collaborazione con lo Store Manager
  • monitorare i principali indicatori economici del punto vendita, contribuendo al controllo dei costi e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita
  • verificare la corretta gestione delle giacenze e delle movimentazioni di magazzino, contribuendo alla riduzione degli sprechi
  • collaborare nella selezione, formazione e affiancamento delle nuove risorse, favorendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e orientato ai risultati
  • supportare lo Store Manager nel monitoraggio delle performance del punto vendita e nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali

Requisiti

  • esperienza pregressa in ruoli di coordinamento nel settore della ristorazione o del retail
  • spiccate capacità organizzative e di gestione del personale
  • forte orientamento al cliente e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
  • disponibilità a lavorare su turni, nei weekend e nei giorni festivi
  • leadership, problem solving e capacità di prendere decisioni in contesti dinamici
  • ottime doti comunicative, affidabilità e spirito di collaborazione
