You will join a Food Company Leader in Modern Organized Distribution, consisting of over 29,000 people committed to producing and distributing excellent products to more than 5.5 million customers across Italy. You will be placed in the store in the city of Bolzano within one of the self-service departments (Checkout, Grocery, Dairy and Deli, Fruit and Vegetables) or in one of the fresh departments (Deli, Butchery, Bakery, Fishmonger). You will be welcomed by a team of colleagues who are part of the reference department and will support you in your learning and work path. You will be accompanied by a dedicated training plan and progressive mentoring by experienced colleagues to fully understand the merchandising, methods, procedures, and dynamics of the department you will be placed in. Through a training program that will include classroom activities, on-the-job training, and mentoring by sector professionals, you will acquire the technical skills and tools that will lead to increasing autonomy. The role you will hold is, in fact, the starting point of a professional growth path, preparatory to acquiring greater responsibilities (such as, for example, the organizational management of the department and coordination of assigned resources, activities under the responsibility of the Assistant and Department Manager).
