We are looking for an AI Engineer to assist us in building exceptional web applications. Join us to transform ideas into high-quality products! This challenging and rewarding task will see you working with a vibrant team that shares attention to detail, focuses on quality, and seeks continuous improvement.

Responsabilità:

Developing web applications using technologies such as Python, Generative AI, and more
Working together with a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers to challenge and comprehend product needs from a business perspective
Engaging with clients to understand and translate their business needs into product requirements
Designing secure systems

Requisiti:

Experience working on one or more projects in the AI field
Good comprehension of large language models, LLM tooling and evaluation techniques
Experience with different model providers
Knowledge of techniques such as RAG and fine-tuning
Knowledge of transformer architecture
Skilled in Backend programming and integrating external services
Good understanding and ease in the fields of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Science
Great at working together with a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers
Comfortable engaging with clients to understand and translate their business needs into product requirements
Proactive and autonomous and prefer working without constant supervision
Fan of good UX
Keen to design secure systems
Curious and have a lot of interests and experiences
Speak Italian fluently and English proficiently

Preferibile:

Experience with different model providers
Knowledge of techniques such as RAG and fine-tuning
Knowledge of transformer architecture
Good understanding and ease in the fields of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Science
