• Support to Product Quality Area: Drafting and checking product labels in compliance with current regulations
• Verification and management of documentation and conformity certifications of imported products
• Execution of tests and controls on product samples
• Support to Import Logistics: Management of daily communications with shippers and customs agents for delivery organization
• Monitoring and tracking of incoming purchase orders (by sea and land), ensuring respect of timelines
• Organization of import-related documentation

• Diploma or Degree (even short), preferably in Economic, Linguistic, IT or Technical-Administrative fields
• Strong desire to learn and challenge oneself in a stimulating context
• Person who is sharp, precise and highly motivated for learning and professional growth
• Knowledge or interest in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for work process optimization (e.g., in document management or data analysis) is a plus
