Store Interior Design Co-Worker position at IKEA Budapest (Soroksár) focusing on creating inspiring room settings, visual experiences, and communication solutions that reflect IKEA brand identity while supporting the company's market positioning in home furnishing.

Feladatok:

Support positioning of IKEA in the local market to become customers' number one choice in home furnishing
Use expertise to create inspiring room settings and communication solutions that exceed expectations
Spark enthusiasm for home furnishing with fresh, creative ideas that encourage customers to visit our store more often
Deliver visual experiences across all areas that authentically reflect the IKEA brand identity

Elvárások:

Qualification in interior design, architecture, or another artistic field
Creative thinker with visual skills and exceptional sense of aesthetics
Actively seek simpler, more logical, and cost-effective ways of working
Hands-on and practical attitude
Confident communication in both Hungarian and English, verbally and in writing
Flexible, work well as part of a team, and remain resilient when facing challenges
Open to new ideas and maintain a positive attitude
