Kitchen Production Manager position at IKEA Budapest (Örs vezér tere) responsible for ensuring food service areas operate according to IKEA quality standards and legislation, creating safety-first culture, maintaining irresistible food offerings, and driving sales and profitability while keeping customers at the center.

Feladatok:

Ensure all food service areas operate according to IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements and applicable legislation
Create safety-first corporate culture where employees can openly discuss problems and solutions
Strive for irresistible food offering while maintaining best quality and attractive presentation
Use daily business opportunities to increase sales and profitability
Keep customers at the center by initiating daily dialogue and acting on feedback
Ensure proper kitchen area maintenance and implementation of proper procedures

Elvárások:

Significant food production and food safety knowledge
Professional experience in commercial environment and catering industry
Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team
Passion for serving high quality food
