Pour l'un de nos clients, fleuron européen du transport et de la logistique, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable d’Entrepôt pour piloter un site stratégique dédié au secteur pneumatique.

Responsabilités:

  • Pilotage des Flux : Maîtriser les flux physiques et informationnels dans un contexte de forte montée en charge et de pics d'activité
  • Optimisation & Lean : Définir la stratégie opérationnelle, optimiser les implantations et conduire le changement via l'amélioration continue et la digitalisation des outils
  • Performance (KPI) : Suivre les indicateurs de productivité, de qualité et de coûts. Analyser les écarts et déployer des plans d'actions correctifs rigoureux
  • Management & Leadership : Encadrer les responsables opérationnels, développer les compétences de vos équipes et insuffler une culture de la sécurité et de l'engagement
  • Relation Client : Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du client, gérer les comités stratégiques et assurer le respect strict des engagements contractuels

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) en Logistique/Supply Chain
  • Expérience de 7 ans minimum dans le management d'entrepôt à gros volumes
  • Maîtrise des environnements à forte cadence
  • Vision globale des flux logistiques
  • Leadership naturel
  • Résistance au stress
  • Esprit de décision
  • Aisance relationnelle face aux clients
  • Maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais
