Description du poste:

Give a second life to products while keeping in mind financial results, quality, safety, and improving customer shopping experience in the Second Life space of the store

Responsabilités:

Take necessary measures on products to give them a second life through online or in-store sales, refurbishment, or spare parts management
Present IKEA products for sale with pride using sales techniques and setting relevant prices
Integrate sustainability impact in all product valuation decisions
Promote product valuation, quality and product safety awareness within the unit
Work closely with different functions in the unit to ensure common work routines and processes related to quality, safety and product valuation are followed
Support and perform tasks related to product quality and safety within the unit

Exigences:

Interest in sales and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of waste management and sustainability principles
Understanding of merchandising techniques and creating attractive commercial offers
Ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks
Teamwork skills and autonomy
Ability to use tools to assemble products carefully
Comfort with computer systems for tracking and documenting activity
