Description du poste:

Internship position in the Transverse Coordination & Transformation team within the Toulouse Business agency, a department of CIMPA with over 360 employees. The role involves supporting agency initiatives and projects through communication and digital tools.

Responsabilités:

Support teams in response to calls for tenders
Create digital communication supports and tools for these responses
Create videos and animated audiovisual content for these responses
Participate in the development and dissemination of internal & external messages (clients)
Participate in the preparation and coordination of events
Assist project managers with their communication
Coordinate and structure assigned activities autonomously in project management mode

Exigences:

Currently pursuing Master 1 in Communication and Marketing
Previous experience (internship or other) in similar missions
Autonomous and rigorous person
Good organizational skills
Teamwork spirit
Proactive and able to make proposals
Recognized for synthesis skills
Writing skills (EN/FR)
Mastery of graphic and office tools
Mastery of English is essential
