You join the Design Studio, SENSE, of Sopra Steria, a team of more than thirty designers spread across Paris and Toulouse who work on large-scale projects for major clients in various fields (aeronautics, transport, energy, banking, defense...) at national and international levels. SENSE has the dual purpose of creating the best user experiences while addressing organizational challenges and integrating design into the processes of the France Pole.

Responsabilités

Carry out missions autonomously (or with peers) mainly in B2B
Organize and carry out the different design phases sold upstream
Ensure the quality of the delivery
Participate in creating the best user experiences while considering clients' business objectives
Consolidate expertise in Design (product design and/or service design and/or graphic design and/or design ops)
Depending on mission duration, intervene on one or more projects to: Implement and run a user-centered approach
Qualify a need and adapt methodologies based on client maturity, deadlines, and expected deliverables
Carry out medium to complex design topics autonomously while ensuring quality production
Ensure good respect of deadlines and workloads
Animate collaborative workshops (strategic, design, ideation...)
Work autonomously in a setup with peers
Projects may contain part or all of the activities related to our expertise domain: Exploratory phase: field study, user interviews, questionnaire, audit of existing, assistance to the business in defining and expressing needs, Personas, UX Map
Definition phase: product strategy, Impact Map, MVP definition, North Star Metric
Design phase: creation of scenarios and use cases, interface design (zoning, static or dynamic mockups, mock-ups, etc.)
Participation in user-centered design workshops
Evaluation and monitoring phase: User tests, development monitoring
Participate in the development of SENSE's Design Ops and carry out actions to transfer knowledge (internal projects, training, REX)
Depending on your interest, participate in pre-sales phases
Potential evolution towards a Lead role: Frame and pilot the implementation of methodology and production of a Design team on a mission
Supervise, give constructive feedback to upskill junior designers

Exigences

Higher education in design or equivalent
Mastery of user-centered method steps
At least 5 years of experience
Mastery of Figma
Mastery of accessibility requirements related to design
Mastery of workshop facilitation techniques
Mastery of English
Experience in accompanying more junior colleagues on one or more missions
Pedagogical, rigorous, organized, and proactive
Good communicator with a collaborative mindset
Personality that integrates easily into the team
