Rattaché(e) à la direction et en collaboration étroite avec les services transverses (RH, HSE, Managers), vous êtes le pilote stratégique et opérationnel de la politique voyages de l'entreprise en France. Votre objectif ? Garantir le confort des collaborateurs tout en maîtrisant les coûts et l'impact environnemental.

Responsabilités

  • Mettre à jour et garantir l'application de la politique voyages globale et locale
  • Agir en tant qu'administrateur expert de l'application CONCUR TRAVEL
  • Assurer la formation et le support aux utilisateurs finaux
  • Piloter les Business Reviews annuelles et challenger les prestations (CWT, Air France, SNCF, Hertz, etc.)
  • Gérer les abonnements annuels et la négociation des hôtels référencés
  • Suivre le budget, analyser les KPI (reporting CWT) et participer à la rédaction des procédures internes
  • Intégrer la Task-Force dédiée à la sécurité des collaborateurs en déplacement

Exigences

  • Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+2 à Bac+3
  • Expérience solide et réussie dans l'univers de l'Événementiel ou du Tourisme
  • Maîtrise indispensable de l'outil CONCUR
  • Aisance avérée avec les outils bureautiques, la construction de dashboards et l'analyse de données (KPI)
  • Anglais courant impératif pour échanger dans un contexte international
  • Confiance en soi, posture de challenger bienveillant, esprit d'analyse et sens aigu du service client

  • Load management: negotiate rates with brokers and use load boards (DAT, Truckstop) to minimize empty miles
  • Documentation: prepare and manage customs documents (ACE/ACI manifests) for cross-border shipments, BOLs and driver travel envelopes
  • Compliance: ensure all drivers and equipment comply with DOT, MOT and Quebec transportation regulations
