Our mission is to help people realize their dreams of adventure and travel. We are currently recruiting for one of our Laval & Blainville travel centers.

Responsabilités

  • Carry out an analysis of customer needs and provide them with precise and useful information
  • Make reservations and purchases (packages, cruises, tours, hotels, automobiles and travel insurance)
  • Welcome customers, open a file for them and establish their consumer profile
  • Provide information on destination locations
  • Advise clients on travel choices, packages, products and services offered
  • Plan routes for individuals and groups
  • Confirm reservations, issue tickets and collect payments
  • Perform related administrative tasks such as completing insurance reports and forms, completing and submitting documents, and following up on files
  • Soliciting potential clients
  • Promote packages and other services offered by the agency
  • Participate in the selection of travel products or services adapted to customer needs
