This position aims to support the commercial team in client follow-up, order management, quote preparation, and the smooth running of administrative and logistical operations. Monday to Friday, 35h/week, office hours 9:30 - 17:30, 1h break. Immediate start.
Responsabilités:
Customer assistance: Advise clients on products using technical skills, refer to the competent itinerant salesperson if needed
Establish quotes in response to client requests
Follow orders until final delivery
Manage product supply: via Headquarters, a subsidiary, or an external supplier
Support for the itinerant salesperson: Schedule client appointments for the commercial pair
Prospect and update the client database (contact details, needs, history...)
Follow administrative and financial aspects of client files (invoicing, payments, reminders...)
Exigences:
Bac+2 or Bac+3 in commerce, sales, or management
Successful first experience as a commercial assistant (F/H)
Knowledge of the technical or industrial sector is a plus
Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good familiarity with a commercial management software (ERP/CRM)
Ability to understand a complex technical or product environment
Customer service sense, excellent interpersonal skills
Organization, rigor, and autonomy
Reactivity, ability to manage priorities
Taste for teamwork and inter-department coordination
Souhaitable:
English ideally (written and oral), not mandatory, used in professional exchanges
