Reporting directly to the Agency Manager, your role is strategic: you are the link between technical engineering and customer satisfaction. You support our partners in designing their refrigeration installations while guaranteeing the commercial performance of the agency. Key responsibilities: Technical Expertise & Studies: Realize refrigeration assessments and analyze technical needs. Design optimal solutions (Refrigeration, HVAC, Renewable Energy) and prepare estimates/quotes. Determine the necessary equipment for project success. Management & Commercial Development: Develop the agency's revenue and margin. Ensure complete administrative follow-up: order entry, invoicing, dispute management, and monitoring of accounts receivable. Optimize costs (transport, agency expenses). Ambassador of Customer Relations: Advise and inform customers daily. Guarantee brand image and partner loyalty. Profile sought: Contract: Permanent (39h/week). Location: Position based on site (Agency): Pessac. Remuneration: Between €28,200 and €31,200 gross annual according to profile.
