Description du poste:

You will start with theoretical training followed by practical fieldwork for several months, learning from experienced technicians. Responsibilities include fiber optic connection, FTTH infrastructure auditing, client support, and incident resolution among others.

Responsabilités:

Perform fiber optic connections at client premises
diagnose horizontal and vertical alignment and audit FTTH infrastructures
install optical sockets at home and connect them to riser cables
test connection performance
write and sign intervention reports
report activities
ensure compliance with engineering rules
inspect deliverables
test optical links
resolve incidents and perform maintenance
restore defective infrastructures
optimize schedules and assist field teams

Exigences:

Experience in fiber optic connection
experience in troubleshooting at home
knowledge of customer contact constraints
experience in optical splicing and telecom infrastructure networks is a plus
