Responsabilités:

Prepare raw material orders
Communicate with external suppliers (plates, proofs, inks) to obtain the necessary technical information and ensure that deadlines are met
Prepare and update production files (dockets): technical specifications, colors, files, layouts, and pre-production notes
Check the availability of raw materials and tools
Ensure that files and proofs are validated before going into production
Create finished product and raw material items in the system
Perform all other related tasks associated with the smooth running of the pre-production process

Exigences:

Good understanding of the pre-production process (files, colors, plates, editing, technical approvals)
Basic knowledge of printing processes, ideally flexography (offset: an asset)
Knowledge of flexible packaging materials (films, laminations, thicknesses, treatments)
Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, PDF, file sharing platforms)
Use of ERP—Business Central: an asset
Rigorous verification of technical data and proofs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various departments
Organizational skills, priority management, and ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously
Attention to detail, precision, and structured work method
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Autonomy, initiative, and solution-oriented attitude
