Description du poste:

You join a team of two technicians, administrators within the Southern Europe support hub. Your role is to ensure the installation of IT equipment (hardware and software) and telephony related to the workstation. You provide maintenance at user request (remote or on-site) for this equipment and handle incidents.

Responsabilités:

Installation of IT equipment (hardware and software) and telephony related to the workstation
Maintenance of equipment at user request (remote or on-site)
Incident handling
Installation, testing, and user acceptance of IT and telephony equipment
Operation and support: recording user requests and incidents in the ticketing tool
Diagnosing incidents, processing requests, and resolving incidents (hardware, Windows, networks, email, and telephony)
Daily monitoring of ticket life and backlog
Managing IT assets, stocks, and inventories
Assisting users with equipment and software setup
Ensuring M.C.O of equipment and monitoring updates
Creating user accounts, managing access rights, monitoring backups, and writing procedures

Exigences:

Bac+2 formation
3 to 4 years minimum experience in a similar role
Skills in Windows environment, systems and networks (AD, DHCP, DNS, VPN, IP networks)
Mastery of ticketing tools (GLPI), IP telephony, and M.365 environment (Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, etc.)
Good interpersonal skills and service orientation
Ability to work autonomously
Fluent English level required (oral and written) for international exchanges
