Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client Naval Group Cherbourg un(e) ordonnanceur(se)

Planning production activities for the Functional Tests and Noise and Vibration Embedded Tests departments
Plan production activities in line with the consolidated needs of programs on the load planning horizon
Synthesize inconsistencies and risks between program commitments and industrial capacities (man-machine, equipment, infrastructure)
Propose and validate solutions to address discrepancies
Launch manufacturing orders after verifying correct entry of logistics information and prerequisites (validity of technical data, availability of industrial file, availability of components, availability of resources, etc.)
Propose an execution plan (next week), a launch plan (next 4 weeks) and a scheduling plan (0-4 months) and modify them by anticipating contingencies
Transmit production plans to production units to provide teams with visibility on load and priorities
Monitor implementation of the execution plan
Control production progress and convince production interlocutors of the need to make ERP updates
Adjust execution plan in case of delays or machine breakdowns
Produce performance indicators (execution rate, adherence rate, number of WIP orders, etc.)
Identify with production the causes of non-execution and non-adherence
Provide reporting to relevant departments (Production, Supply Chain, etc.)
Monitor progress of manufacturing orders
Close manufacturing orders

Bac+2
at least 3 years of experience
General knowledge of: Production management: Order of Manufacture, nomenclature, range, CBN (Calculation of Net Requirements), scheduling
Load and capacity analysis
Oracle Production Scheduling type scheduling software
OF management software (Oracle Application Work in Process module)
Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
