• Ensure general site maintenance to provide a safe, clean, and functional environment for customers and co-workers
• Maintain the store in perfect condition by performing all necessary preventive and corrective maintenance and services
• Contribute to creating and maintaining the register of assets, locations, suppliers, maintenance schedules
• Use the CAFM system to consult and update inspection, test, and maintenance operations
• Record and report observations, risks, and incidents
• Assist external service providers during on-site interventions and monitor maintenance contracts
• Help control costs by working in a sober, simple, and economical manner
• Support IKEA's social and environmental commitment

• Desire to develop leadership and knowledge
• Ability to work autonomously to solve problems and execute complex tasks within deadlines and cost constraints
• Professional qualification (e.g., BTS maintenance) or proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a commercial sector
• Good oral and written communication in French
• Basic knowledge of English to communicate clearly about safety
• Ability to reach the store within 30 minutes in case of on-call duty

Experience in sprinkler, plumbing, photovoltaics, intrusion, elevator maintenance, geothermal, HVAC
