Nous recherchons un chef d’équipe technique pour superviser une équipe agile composée de développeurs logiciels et d’ingénieurs en assurance qualité, construisant la prochaine génération de plateforme SaaS AMCS.

Responsabilités:

  • Diriger une équipe scrum mondiale de développement logiciel
  • Dirige une équipe de développeurs logiciels et d’ingénieurs qualité pour mettre en œuvre les aspects clés de la feuille de route de la plateforme SaaS AMCS
  • Fixer des normes élevées en matière d’excellence en ingénierie
  • Introduire et améliorer les techniques CI/CD et DevOps
  • Responsable des pull requests en temps opportun et de haute qualité au sein de l’équipe
  • Assurer la livraison opérationnelle et la cohérence de l’équipe
  • Créer des designs techniques pour l’équipe
  • Superviser la création et évaluer les tâches de conception pour les user stories
  • Posséder un arriéré non fonctionnel
  • Peut jouer un rôle actif dans le développement sur des fonctionnalités complexes
  • Comprendre la performance et l’utilisabilité du produit en production
  • Recruter et développer une équipe performante
  • Veiller à ce que des plans de développement soient en place pour tous les membres de l’équipe
  • Prendre les décisions de recrutement et la performance globale des membres de l’équipe
  • Participer aux sessions de perfectionnement et représenter l’équipe de développement
  • Partenariat avec Product Owner, architecture et DevOps pour définir des feuilles de route
  • Interagir avec la gestion de produit pour obtenir un aperçu de l’adoption et de l’utilisabilité de leurs domaines produits
  • Interagir avec les équipes en contact avec la clientèle pour approfondir la compréhension des interactions clients

Exigences:

  • Familiarité et expérience pratique à la tête d’équipes de développement agile
  • Expertise dans la pile technologique C#/.net
  • Expérience en gestion des personnes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Expérience de l’agilité à grande échelle et bonnes pratiques CI/CD
  • Expérience sur les plateformes cloud Microsoft sont un atout
