Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes techniques, guider les utilisateurs et partager votre expertise en cybersécurité ? Vous êtes passionné(e) par le support client et souhaitez avoir un réel impact dès les premières étapes du parcours utilisateur ? Si oui, ce poste est fait pour vous ! Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste Support Technique en Cybersécurité, bilingue (français/anglais) et motivé(e), pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à renforcer notre position de leader en sécurité des emails.

Responsabilités

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques de nos clients professionnels par téléphone, e-mail et chat en ligne, notamment en ce qui concerne la configuration des systèmes, les fonctionnalités produits et les anomalies/améliorations
  • Créer des relations clients personnalisées en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle
  • Remonter les incidents à l’équipe de développement et assurer leur suivi jusqu’à leur résolution
  • Transmettre les retours des clients à l’équipe de développement produit

Exigences

  • Bonne compréhension des protocoles réseau de base / sécurité mail
  • Excellentes compétences logiques, analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
  • Sens du service client et capacité à gérer des clients de haut niveau sous pression
  • Expérience dans la résolution de problèmes sur SMTP des produits Hornetsecurity
  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais et du français
