Our mission: protect companies from fraud, simplify supplier verification, and enable organizations to operate with confidence. As part of our growth, Sis ID is looking for its next Technical Support Agent. You will join the Support & Services team and provide high-quality technical support to clients, with a strong focus on results.

Responsabilités

  • Documenting and logging all interactions in the dedicated tracking tool
  • Escalating reported or identified technical issues to the appropriate team
  • Ensuring requests are handled in accordance with established timelines and security procedures
  • Tracking ongoing developments and existing bugs
  • Performing corrective actions at the request of internal and external users on our production solutions (user access management, removal of users or bank details)
  • Collaborating with the Product team to improve user journeys across our solutions

Exigences

  • You are comfortable working with tools and languages such as Hubspot, Postman, Excel, HTML, and CSS
  • You have a C1 level in English and are fluent in French
  • You have 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • You are adaptable and have a strong attention to detail
