Responsabilités

  • Act as the key link between professional clients and suppliers
  • Analyze client demands to propose customized door solutions
  • Prepare complete and detailed quotes with proactive follow-up
  • Negotiate best purchasing conditions with suppliers
  • Ensure client follow-up and retention from quote to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Participate in the showroom one Saturday morning out of two (8 AM to 12 PM)
  • Continuously stay updated on product innovations, new materials and industry standards

Exigences

  • First commercial experience in B2B
  • Proven knowledge of technical products, especially doors, carpentry and the construction sector
  • Fluent in French and German, both orally and in writing
  • Curious, eager to learn, rigorous and autonomous
  • Strong sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills and solution-oriented approach

  • Acts as a trusted advisor and single point of contact during this critical period, helping the client navigate each stage of the integration process with confidence and clarity
  • Throughout the engagement, monitors delivery progress, facilitates communication between MaintainX teams and the client, and proactively manages any changes or issues that may arise
  • Overall success is measured by client understanding and adherence to the integration process, rigorous expectation management, and the confidence the client demonstrates during the successful implementation and adoption of the solution
