Description du poste

Le poste consiste à assurer l’ingénierie et le suivi technique de la sécurité pour des projets énergétiques et maritimes, en particulier des opérations onshore et offshore. Rôle Safety spécialisé, autonome, en interface multidisciplinaire avec missions temporaires en mer et sur site.

Responsabilités

  • Développer, mettre à jour et déployer les standards et procédures de sécurité technique (permits to work, procédures de levage, travaux en hauteur, procédures de sécurité liées aux systèmes embarqués)
  • Contribuer à la conception sécuritaire des installations en équipe multidisciplinaire : recommandations d’ingénierie, mesures techniques de mitigation, revues de conception sécurité
  • Assurer le suivi sécurité pendant les campagnes onshore et offshore : inspections, contrôle des méthodes de travail, vérification des équipements de protection collective et individuelle
  • Assurer l’interface avec les équipes construction, maintenance, sous-traitants et coordinateurs HSE pour garantir la bonne application des exigences techniques de sécurité
  • Participer aux audits sécurité, inspections tierces et à la préparation des audits clients et autorités compétentes
  • Travail en mode multi-projets et réalisation d’activités liées à la sécurité générale (HAC, F&G, EER, LSA…)
  • Conception HSE (revues HAZID/HAZOP/SIL, éléments critiques de sécurité / standards de performance, ingénierie des facteurs humains) et études de sécurité / analyses de risques

Exigences

  • 5+ ans en ingénierie sécurité / Safety
  • 1-2 ans minimum d’expérience en contexte offshore ou en grands chantiers industriels
  • Première expérience dans la spécification, l’organisation et le suivi des revues de sécurité
  • Première expérience dans la réalisation des livrables de base en ingénierie sécurité (HAC, F&G, analyse des risques d’incendie et d’explosion, analyse de la dispersion de gaz) pour le secteur du pétrole et du gaz ou de l’énergie
  • Diplôme d’ingénieur, master en sécurité industrielle, génie mécanique, maritime ou équivalent
  • Français et anglais courant (échanges techniques et rédaction de rapports en anglais)
  • Maîtrise de PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Connaissance d’outils de gestion des incidents et compliance register
  • MFC / BOSIET à jour
  • Rigueur technique
  • Sens de la communication
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et en environnement contraint (mer, plateformes, chantiers)

  • Organize and coordinate the meeting with the Design Office, flight test specialists and various stakeholders to analyze the event
  • Analyze raw data from the Flight Data Recorder (FDR), Quick Access Recorder (QAR) and environmental information
  • Compare DFDR data with FCOM, QRH, FCTM, etc.
  • Write Handling Qualities reports
  • Proofread HQA reports already written by subcontractors
  • Manage communication with customers
  • Provide information to airlines on operational best practices
  • Monitor fleet and system design consistency
