Boortmalt is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee and optimize the maintenance of our production site in Croatia. If you have strong technical expertise and a knack for team management, we would love to meet you!

Responsabilités:

  • Organize, control, and monitor plant maintenance
  • Manage the workshop, spare parts warehouse, electrical areas, and buildings
  • Develop and lead the maintenance team and the automated maintenance management system
  • Energy reporting
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Support the installation of new equipment and projects
  • Document all repairs in the maintenance management system
  • Analyze the causes of non-compliant results and implement corrective and preventive actions

Exigences:

  • Technical degree in a recognized engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or engineering
  • Experience in team management
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and food safety standards
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good IT skills (Office 365, AutoCAD, Maximo, ERP)
