Description du poste:

Join Sopra Steria as a Technical Leader in the Aeronautics sector. Based in Colomiers, France, this role involves leading multicultural development teams, designing and testing application functionalities, and providing technical expertise. Responsibilities include promoting agile practices, ensuring code quality, and collaborating closely with business teams. Candidates must have at least 5 years of development experience, including some as a Technical Leader, and a strong command of back-end and web technologies, among other requirements. Responsabilités:

Design, develop, and test application evolutions
Supervise and mentor team developers
Provide technical support and expertise to team members
Work closely with business teams to understand functional and non-functional application requirements
Implement agile and collaborative development practices
Ensure code quality and compliance with established coding standards
Participate in application technical documentation.

Exigences:

Mastery of back-end development (frameworks Django, Flask or equivalent, REST, GraphQL, or SOAP protocols)
Fluency in English
Knowledge of 3-tier development best practices (web client, application server, database)
Proficiency in Web technologies (HTML, CSS) and a Web framework (React, Angular, Vue)
Mastery of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Knowledge of code quality tools (SonarQube)
Familiarity with configuration management tools (GIT)
Experience with AWS platform and AIRBUS domain knowledge is a plus
Team-oriented, good customer service skills, and strong interpersonal skills
Proactive, critical thinking, and rigorous in work processes and deliverables
Minimum 5 years of development experience, including as a Technical Leader
Degree in Engineering or equivalent education.

Souhaitable:

Experience with AWS platform
Knowledge of AIRBUS domain.
