Vous intégrez des équipes à taille humaine spécialisées en développement d’applications web sécurisées dans une approche User-Centric. Le projet : rejoignez la refonte d’une application métier critique pour une administration centrale. Cette plateforme web sécurisée gère des dossiers sensibles, orchestre des processus réglementaires et exige des niveaux élevés de confidentialité, de traçabilité et de disponibilité.

Responsabilités:

  • Piloter techniquement une équipe de développement dans la construction d’une application critique
  • Garantir l’excellence technique : architecture, bonnes pratiques (Clean Code, TDD, Pair Programming, CI/CD), et réduction de la dette technique
  • Collaborer étroitement avec notre directeur technique pour valider les choix techniques et les transmettre à l’équipe avec pédagogie
  • Animer une dynamique d’amélioration continue : éco-conception, sécurité, IA et innovation technique
  • Évaluer les efforts de développement et assurer la faisabilité technique des fonctionnalités
  • Promouvoir une culture DevOps (intégration/livraison continue, automatisation des tests, monitoring)

Exigences:

  • Expérience : rôle de Technical Leader (3 ans minimum) dans un environnement Agile
  • BAC+5
  • Expertise Backend : Java, Spring Boot et Spring Batch
  • Vision Fullstack : bonne culture Front-end (Angular idéalement)
  • Culture Engineering : Clean Code, TDD et la CI/CD
  • Mindset : aimer transmettre, trancher les choix techniques et vulgariser des concepts complexes
